I believe that the coin speaks to the United States considering what the establishing fathers had for this nation which was opportunity, freedom, and correspondence; the water represents what legislative issues and the privilege of intensity has done to the nation which is degenerate the national soul and its position to the first pledge the establishing fathers had.
